Being an explorer of personal development and health my entire life, I have tried multiple techniques and concepts. Breathwork is a new acquaintance that I fell for instantly! The combination of intense bodywork through the breathing, and a "straight-to-the-point" guided meditation is really powerful. The journeys are absolutely doing the trick, and hearing Joanna's voice adds another dimension and enhances the experience. She is calm and secure with a soft New Zeeland accent that really helps to become grounded, and may I say - happy!

We had never tried anything like this and knew very little about what to expect. Joanna's voice is very plesant and guided us in a clam and safe way. It was clear and to the point and it was easy to find the breathing technique. Both of us had a really strong experience: Afterwards, it felt a bit like you had reset the system and refreshed both your mind and body. We will definately do it again!

It's truly amazing! During the 90 minutes you get such a boost, work through a lot of layers (good and bad) and get in touch with so many feelings.

It's a great workout for your loungs and diaphram which is great for me - a health/training lover and one who uses my voice a lot in all my professions. I was completely new to the breathing technique and had no idea what to expect. Joanna is a very competent coach, she explained the breathing technique thoroughly and I was able to go deep.
